Ive been there and checked their place. I really like it there kay limpyo and accommodating. My concern is ang cost. Hehe galibog ko kay gaask ko didto, 20-30k daw. Wala pa labot sa pf sa doctors. Nya gaask ko sa ako ob who is affiliated pud sa st. Vincent, apil na man daw ang pf anang 20-30k. O.o

ang newborn 3 days after birth i think if sakto akong pangdumdom, naa pa na sila stock na foods sa ilang tiyan. naa pod uban mothers di mogawas ang milk dayon, pero ang solusyon ana dili ang paghatag ug formula kundi pagpadede jud sa bata. ang colostrum clear fluid na, di na siya maklaro na mao na na.

and di li tinood na kadto maoy cause sa hyperacidity sa bata. it is the formula milk and improper feeding naka cause ana. nag build up ang acid tungod sa formula milk . breastfeed on demand unta dapat.

Just to give perspective lang pud regarding amount of gatas kay mao ni among giproblemahan pag first night sa among baby kay sige ug hilak ug abi namo tungod kay walay gatas. Advice (more like command) sa Maternity sa amo nga sigehon lang ug pa dede.

^correct. since birth till around 4 days, cge hilak, what i did tummy to tummy(di ko sure if mao nay kangaroo style). nabag-ohan ang baby sa iya palibot because naanad man siya sa tiyan for 9 months.


on topic.
velez ko nagpapackage sauna so expected lots of student practice. okey na lang ko, cge lang, go. hehe
pero next pregnancy hopefully next year, private ob kadto nagpaanak nako before, then either maternity or st. vincent ko pohon.
wala pa man siya nabalik kay tua pa sa gawas nag specialize. hehe

pila nay mabayaran normal delivery plus epidural karun sa chong hua or CDUH?

Sa PSH ko nanganak way back 2011.
ok ra kaayo amo experience ok ra nurses, ang OB, etc.. den karun im pregnant 3months PSH ghapon ko manganak
