Default Investorship for a Good Business Model

Hi, i would like to open suggestions for this choice of starting up a new business model.

Is looking for investors good, fair, or bad idea?

What is the common mistakes people make on this type of startup?

I am in the verge of choosing whether or not to accept the offers of some investors para sa new industry dri sa Cebu. They want to tie up and help import a well known transport goods service from outside the country. Pero these are the questions running in my mind. Hope some suggestions can enlighten me. Thanks istorya

Kung ingon-ana ra ka-gamay ang imong ihatag nga detalye, there will be no better suggestions for that.
Just go to YouTube, there are tones of videos there that can answer your questions.

Anyway, if you say its really a good business model, then just push it na and bank as hard as you can.
And to whatever you decide, good luck.

Thanks for the comment sir. Ang akong primary worry is if they can possibly take over my business by buying me out.

As far as i know, being bought-over is a big win for a start-up, right?
You just have to price it correctly.

Looking for investors has pros and cons. No. 1 reason is to leverage - other people's money. You need addtl funds so u tap an investor. It may be a lender (earning thru interest as agreed and payment of principal later on) or capital investor where in he will share sa profits as agreed and that agreement must be notarized.

Also, dont worry on buy outs. If u own more than 50%, wa ray kaso. Also, pls be prepared if the investor wants to get out earlier so that must agreed beforehand. Kay basin naay emergency and the other investors want to be bought out. Lisod kaau if in.ana. mao nga nga dapat black and white jud.

Yes, true na hayahay ka if u will sell ur ownership but at a right price. Usahay ky u have setimental value sa imu business especially if thats ur baby. Again, everything ha s a right price. U can retain some percentage of ownership man sad if imu ibaligya. Depende ra jud na sa sabot.

If you have some questions, just ask me. Im willing to share what I know.
