I can NOT repair Video Cards resulted from water damage, lightning stricken nor due to power supply failure.

Conditions on Repair:
1. I must be the first one to open or repair your video card. Those opened by other techs will NOT be accepted.
2. If not repaired, Ill collect Recovery Effort Fee of Php 150 kai alkansi ko electricity. If repaired, I will no longer collect this fee

How about a Radeon 7950 na mo-spin ra kadiyot ang fan boss and then dili mo power on ang system. But if removed ang 7950 ok ra ang system.
