1. How much is the starting salary for a Software Engineer? For a fresh graduate?
2. How are the benefits here? Unsa say mga benefits nila for example?
3. Naay compensation or pay ang ilang overtime?
4. How are the people and environment?
5. How is the management? Flexible or resistant to changes?
6. How is their training to employees? Maka learn ba ug technical skills? Like what for example?
7. Naay Work-Life balance?

^^starting salary depends on you educational attainment, work experience.. so dili mag ka parehas bro. Bisag parehas mog position not necessary mean nga parehas mog sweldo.

Sometimes ang supervisor ug subordinate parehas ra ug basic salary... if well skilled napod ang subordinate unya walay next vacant supervisory position.
