PSU Recommendations

Na deadz ako Silverstone 600W na modular and now I need a new PSU.

Preferrably kanang mapalit lang diri and not second hand.

Need some recommendations from the people here.

Locally mao ni ako nakita sa PCQUICKBUYS:

1) Corsair VS650 = 2,850.00

2) HEC Cougar RS650 650W 1x120mm, 7xSATA, Active PFC, 80Plus = 2,920.00

BTW, 3k ra ako budget.

So naa ba lain brand/model mo ma recommend mga fellow istoryans?

And the PSU is supposed to power the following:

i7-3770
4x4gb DDR3 (16bb TOTAL)
3x1TB HDD
1xSDD
1xDVD-RW
1xSSD
1xASUS GeForce 660Ti [2gb DDR5 256-bit]
5x120MM Fans

No-OC. Stock tanan.

You need at least 600w 80+ good brand psu for your pc.

Dili na. Bought the Silverstone in 2011 and ang Fine Upgrades na warranty sticker is only up to 2014.

Called FU and one their people said na ang 750W striders and higher ra ang 5 year warranty and lower than 750W kay 3 years ra daw.

Su.wai pa.ayu...ang PSU pina ka dali ayu.hun sa PC. Most likely, busted caps or rectifier.....
Change ALL to japanese quality caps and ball bearing fans while you're at it.
You have nothing to lose kai dili na under warranty.....

@ TS, sa imohang duha ka PSU of choices na gi disclosed, go with the Corsair VS650... pwede ra gani ka gamit ana'g VS450 sa imohang current HW config...

i'm a user of Corsair's PSU... specifically, sa VS450 and VS550 sa mga rigs sa akoang family dha's Cebu... not to mention the TX750 na gamit nko sa akoang main gaming rig...

pero, naa pa ka'y mapili-an na mas better na model. ang uban, mas mahal gamay sa budget nmo... pag canvas lang usa diha's Cebu but again, sa 2 choices na imohang gi mention, get the VS650...

Naa ka ma recommend na tig-ayo boss? I'm thinking kato repair shop diha sa e-mall...forgot thier name.

if you want a reliable PSU from another PSU OEM, try Superflower. medyo mahal2x lang gamay ang mga naabot na models dha sa Cebu... check if naa sila'y 450 W Au certified PSU dha sa Superflower... if naa then kaya sa budget, spank this one bro...

if I can remember, I'm the one who endorsed this brand pud diri's Istorya... mura'g 1st ko na nag post sa ani na PSU brand diri on my 450W AU certified Superflower PSU. bought my 1st Superflower PSU in Shanghai before the brand reached Cebu stores...

ang distributor sa Cebu aning Superflower kay Fineupgrades man. the same distributor sa Silverstone PSUs...
