Oh, I will be stuck in this nice and cool place. People here are so gentle.
Again, I asked from the top management of our office to transfer me back to Cebu.
I miss them (my wife and son) a lot during weekdays.
Let's do this. Update this thread.

Our son's birthday.
I can still remember how I cried when I worried a lot of the hospital bills. I forgot that I kept enough savings for the labor cost.
For our parent's support, for our OB's kindness (half of PF charged), for everybody around, for my family.
That was one of the happiest moment of my life. When I first saw my son, oh, he's as cute as me. He even winked at the nurses.
Now, he's 8 years old. I can see myself. He cares for his mother a lot. And he's very kind too.
There were times that he witnessed some of our quarrels. I will not hit my wife really, I just can't. We know that our son grow with reasons that can be grasped. I can only count those times, it happened twice. And we hugged each other moment after me and my wife shouted at each other (moderately).
I am corny. I find ways to make my wife smile. She just can't handle my OA-ness. Even if it takes time for her to be loving and tender again, I always make it sure that our quarrel is manageable. We managed to solve problems on time, before midnight.
Now, I'm an island away with them. I miss them every now and then. I think I'll grow older here.
Still I am hoping for the wheels to turn up side down. Praying to be with them every day, every moment.
Please, with every single second spent with your love ones, treasure it. Make the best of it.
Will update sooner...

How far away?
I believe that we're far from each other's reach. That's from my own point of view. As time flies, I cultivate my own weakness due to distance.
Even if I grew up without a father, I should be ready for the same setup as of now. My son is in Cebu with my wife and I'm here in Negros. The setup is familiar but the feeling is torturing me.
There are times that I cannot contain my feelings and emotions, I just suddenly burst into tears.
to be continued.... more reports to be made...
Never settle for a work taking you away from your love ones, never rely on a single source of income, plan, manage, multiply it, don't just give up, seek and desire it, the solution is just beyond what you see.
I feel you TS. For now, I can't be with my son always. Torture gane bisag bus away ra ang Carcar. I hope and pray that something good will happen para anhi nlng kas Cebu mag work so di na nimo kelangan mag sakit tungod sa kamingaw sa imo family. Stay strong and love pure.![]()

"Maayu pa ug di ka mouli diri!!!"
Since 2013, I always managed to go home every weekend and holidays (wala pa jud ko'y sipyat since, until now).
"Uli na Daddy", my son echoed in the background while I was talking with my loving wife over the phone. It really pained me. At the middle of the week, I sometimes hurriedly go home to Cebu just to be with my family.
A little bit of chat could lead into a louder exchange of ideas. A whispered heated arguments.
I will arrive at our unit in Urban Homes Tipolo at around 10:00 in the evening and will go back bound to Dumaguete early 2:00 in the morning. I cannot almost bear the pain when I leave our house with unfinished talk. I wear shades when I ride Ceres Bus to cover my eyes flooded with tears.
"Sorry Daddy, Luv u...", a text message will always be ahead for breakfast soon as I arrive in the Lilo-an, Santander fastcraft port. It will lighten up my emotion.
To be continued...
