Scenario no. 1
* Annual leave must be used yearly and it won't be carry over to the next year, means if you don't used your leave it will be dissolved.
Scenario no. 2
* Annual leave not use in the current year will be carry over to the succeeding year's means you can still avail your annual leave of course with pay.
Based on experienced, The HR policy before it will carry over all the remaining annual leave to the next year, but today they change it , up to 5 days balanced of annual leave can be carry over to the next year. so means If i have more than 5 days balanced it will not be transferred to the next year. so Arkansi ko .. huhuhu..
