    Naka palit na unta ko ug ticket pd last month kay naka sched na unta ko this Jan for vacation pero na immediate terminate ko this December. And now gipangyoan ko copy sa akung air ticket. I wonder unsaon kaha nila.
    Diba mandatory mana ticket basta termination bisan pa wala nka package sa contract ang air ticket?
    Grabeha pod saimo companya..kahibaw man kaha sila na new project imo gi handle syempre mangapa gyud ka ana..terminate dyud diay dayon? Di pod kaha dako lugi ang companya boss sa kani na project imo gi handle?

    Ok na kayo na boss gratuity..usually mao rana ihatag nila og no objection letter..

    Nahibong lang ko boss, because I was scheduled for vacation this coming January and last Nov naka booked nako ug air ticket. Now krun December, gi terminate ko nila. Now akung problem sukad nahibawan na nako na mandatory diay ng air ticket. Nag wonder lang ko why mangayo sila ug copy sa akung air ticket.

    Basin e re-book ra nila boss..but dapat ulian ka sa nagasto nimo sa airfare..

    @Istudyante-Ni-Pikoy, Bai Its defend upon the policy of the company.
    Scenario no. 1
    * Annual leave must be used yearly and it won't be carry over to the next year, means if you don't used your leave it will be dissolved.
    Scenario no. 2
    * Annual leave not use in the current year will be carry over to the succeeding year's means you can still avail your annual leave of course with pay.

    Based on experienced, The HR policy before it will carry over all the remaining annual leave to the next year, but today they change it , up to 5 days balanced of annual leave can be carry over to the next year. so means If i have more than 5 days balanced it will not be transferred to the next year. so Arkansi ko .. huhuhu..

    Best to ask HR ninyo kay mag depende man gud siguro kada companya.. Samo mahopas kon di gamiton..
