. I recommend that u use a Globe LTE sim card, as it's more stable..

If LTE compatiblr Android device imo gamit.. download and install the apk file from vpnpinas.net/files
1.set APN of ur device to http.globe.com.ph
2.on the VPN Pinas app.. set network to GLOBE NO PROMO and select any SINGAPORE servers for the 150 per month, or VIP Philippines(except VIP 2) for 300 per month
3. Login with the trial account.. it's only for 2 hours so dapat mag.abot ta ug online
4. Try to connect

Possible erros and fix:
1. CAUSE OF ERROR: relaunch lang ang app
2. Forever saying WAITING FOR SERVER: switch data preference to 3g then 4g, then try again.. if same error, switch again..

I'm planning to get a private server..

Yes.. It's PRIVATE meaning, limited to only 20 people... Only these users can connect then to the Private server for only 300 per month which features lower ping for games like DOTA.. better than VIP Servers( which has a maximum users of 50)..
