Car (2nd hand or brand new)

hi!

we're looking for a car (picanto/wigo type) but we don't know unsay process. I tried applying for a loan sa akong gi joinan na COOP because it was easier with them kay sila na mo process tanan, but because 1 year pa ko sa ila, my loan got declined.

interested mi mo buy either wigo or picanto for brand new but we don't know the process. But if naay 2nd hand cars 2009 and up, ok ra sad mi sa akong partner...but d sad mi kahibaw sa process sa financing and all.. pwede pa help?
