Maglisod siya abolish ana bro kay created by law man diay ni.. Kadtong EPIRA law... ang maka repeal ana is another law. Ang next question nalang is asa kuha ang budget ani nila.Kay if gikan ang budget nila sa Executive, digong can opt to give them a very2x low budget and create another commission para mo oversee sa energy regulation through executive order. However, I really don't know if pwede siya kahimo ug regulating body through EO.

Dayan admits campaigning for Duterte, earning De Lima ire | INQUIRER.net
When asked if De Lima was aware that he was supporting her staunch rival, Dayan said the senator slapped him after seeing that Dayan was even wearing a Duterte baller.
“Nung huling huli ako na may suot akong baller ni Presidente Duterte dito sa kamay at paa nung nakita niya, ‘Pak!’ pinalo niya ako dito,” Dayan said, pointing at his face and neck.
Asked why he was wearing a Duterte baller in the first place, Dayan said of Duterte, “Idol namin sa Pangasinan,” to the jeers of the audience.
Dayan said De Lima cursed at him after she found out that her boyfriend was a supporter of Duterte.
“Maka-idol ka rin lang, sira-ulo pa!” Dayan quoted De Lima as saying, rousing laughter from the audience.
“Ang sagot ko naman po, walang basagan ng trip!” Dayan said.

Duterte wants to open telco, energy sectors to foreign players

RUTH ABBEY GITA
PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he is set to open the communications, airwaves and energy sectors to foreign players, in a bid to spur the country’s economic growth.
“In the area of communications, we’re finalizing our plans to open up information and communications technology industry to new players, in order to promote competitiveness and improve quality of service,” Duterte told reporters in Davao City early Thursday.
“The only way to make this country more faster to benefit the poor is really to open up communications, the airwaves, and the entire energy sector[s],” he added.
Duterte said the government is now looking into regulatory requirements and institutional arrangements to hasten the entry of new players in the power industry and energy sector.
The President's statement came following his participation in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summits in Lima, Peru.
Duterte said giving foreign investors the opportunity to invest in the Philippines on the said sectors is his way to “re-route the entire red tape.”
He said the country’s deliverance would only be achieved if it is removed “from the clutches of the few people who hold the power and money.”
“It’s about time that we share the money of the entire country and to move faster, make competition open to all. Because with the corrupt government and with the limited area to move, you’ll stymie competition and we will always be at the mercy of the corrupt people in this planet,” Duterte said. (Sunnex)
