    Default Best 15 - 20K Laptop?

Hi guys, ask unta ko sa inyo suggestion what is the best laptop for 15 - 20K laptop.

Ang usage kay MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), browsing, and I might install an old version of Photoshop for light photo editing.

So far akong nakit-an online are:
    1. Asus VivoBook X540YA-DM129T 15.6” AMD A8-7410 4GB Windows 10 Laptop with Free Asus Laptop Bag | Lazada PH
    2. Dell Inspiron 3552 15.6” Intel Pentium N3710 4GB Windows 10 Laptop with Free Dell Laptop Bag | Lazada PH

In terms of performance, worth ba ang additional price sa #1? Dili ba na siya dali mo-init kay kadungog man gud ko istorya nga if AMD kay mo-init dayon. And available ba ni nga mga models sa Cebu City?

    @ TS,

ok kayo nang gi mention ni bro butitoy. but if you want a bnew one, you can check Dell Inspiron 15 3552 @ Thinking Tools @ mall (SM). 17,990 sya. mao ni akoang gi palit sa akoang anak last week para madala nya sa school... naa sya duha ka desktop PC (mini-ITX & M-ATX form factor) sa balay pero, desktop man gud... hehehe...

cpu: Intel Pentium N3700 (quad core)
    mem: 4 GB DDR3L 1600 MHz
    hdd: 500 GB 5,200 rpm
    graphics: iGPU
    screen size: 15.6" (non-touch display)
    screen resolution: 1366 x 768
    optical drive: yes (included)
    O/S: Win 10

freebies: Notebook bag & wired USB mouse

this is more than enough for your need ug mas better ni kay kun naa'y warranty claim, dali ra. don't know sa Lazada kun ok ra ba pag claim ug warranty nila pud.

sa akoang pag canvas sa price sa SM, mao ni ang pinaka barato na akoang na kit-an w/ 4 GB mem & Pentium N3700 cpu. nakapalit pud ko the other week sa lower model ani nya katong w/ Celeron N3050 cpu... they just differ on the CPU. the other specs were the same then tag 15.5K php man siguro to ang price nya. the same shop, sa Thinking Tools SM. sa akoa to'ng kaila kay namalihug man. pang school works and purpose sa notebook PC kay teacher man sya so, that config is more than enough for her work...

ang other brand and models na akoang nakit-an w/ similar config & price range sa DELL Inspiron 15 3000 series sa SM kay w/ 2 GB system mem ra man. para sa akoa, kulang kayo ning 2 GB system mem labi na mag update ang O/S (Win 8, 8.1 & 10 bisan 32 bit lang sila) then mag dagan ang ubay2x na apps. kamang2x ang labas sa PC ani...

the battery life is quite good. its the same battery life (on one single charge) as advertised. about 6+ hrs operation on mixed activities... surfing the net, skype, facebook, watching videos at youtube, working basic office productivity apps (word, excel & power point).

Yes, I agree with purchasing laptops locally. Lazada's warranty is a bit hassle by returning it to the seller, though free ang pag return according to their return policy. Naa pa'y possibility mawala in-transit. As for ram though @butitoy, payts raman ang 8GB RAM for light photoshop, as long as it's strictly limited to that based on experience

Thanks sa mga inputs. Ang Dell 3552 ako napalit kay wa man ko kita ug VivoBook na pareha ug specification naa sa link.

Ang di lang nako ganahan ani kay walay LED indicator sa power button. Di ka kabalo off or naka sleep ba. Sa HDD activity, need pa nimo e-press Fn+H everytime imo e-on. Unya murag soft ra pud iyang LCD compared sa akong old Acer - if imo eduot, murag mo bend. Other than that, OK ra ang performance pang MS Office.

^ usual notebook PC ron na entry to mid level kay single slot (single channel) na lang sila for the mem modules... so, kun mag upgrade ta to a bigger mem like from 4 GB to 8 GB, palit gyud ta'g 8 GB SODIMM...

by the way, my current Dell Inspiron 13 i7359-8408SLV Signature Edition (2 n' 1 notebook PC) only has 1 SODIMM slot and it's occupied by an 8 GB SODIMM...
