need help replace modem from globe to cisco

mga master need your help im planning to replace globe modem to cisco linkys x1000 adsl. i reset my cisco. upon installing they for ask for isp provider i never see globe but pldt only i reset again but still pldt will display i cannot see globe isp provider when check the box that label not in the list they for isp code or pin vcc.. pls need help thanks advance...
