I think you are confusing "empower" with "authorize" sir. And yes, because iya g.empower, naa siya'y command responsibility. Just like how Pnoy is answerable to what happened to the SAF44, dapat responsible sad si Marcos sa mga gipangbuhat sa iyang cronies.

For Hitler, there is no need for anything since he himself has documentation and prolamation regarding his acts. Whereas Marcos has none as far as I know.
Yep, that is my opinion, but wa man na drop, and na.convict man, maka ingun ta na dili nana "alleged" ang kang Marcos.

Wala'y documentation kang Marcos? What do you think was used against him and against his family when they went after him in the court where he was convicted? Naa'y documentation, dili ka ma.convict of a crime based on testimony from victims alone.

If there was documentation, nanu man ang cases wala man gihapon nahuman until now? Wala paman na prove lagi na sya ang buhat atong gipang ingon na gipamatay niya.

There is a subtle difference between the two words.. One implies the knowledge of everything his subordinates plans on doing.

Mistake and stupidity could go hand-in-hand. It was stupid of Marcos to give them free reign. It was stupid of PNoy to give that "stand-down" command. Although note that I am not calling Marcos stupid, he was very very smart. I am calling his act stupid.

    Don't be like a parrot,
    just mimicking what others say,
Or else I'm not surprised why you become one of Marcos jackasses.
You defended Marcos right? how much did Bong2x Marcos paid you?
do you have the complete knowledge to exonerate him? we do have history and previous Philippine events to castigate him,
the only thing is that he is just a clammy and stiff cadaver right now. But still not worthy emulating.
