Here's what I think ngano bale wala lang ni Duterte or Bato, they already have the names and information that Espinosa is holding, and that would make him, in a way, useless, and would not do any damage if mapatay siya. Because that is already expected, that he will be silenced.

It would have been a big loss if napatay si Espinosa before nakuhaan ug information, kana ulbo ang kasapa ni Digong ana. But now that all important information and names were obtained, his life didn't hold much value anymore.
