Ruthermont Outsourcing Services Corporation is looking for Technical Support Representatives.
Fixed sched: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
Qualifications:
- Atleast 2 years of collegiate education
- Preferably with previous call center experience
- Must have basic technical knowledge (computers, Outlook, MS Office)
- Knowledge about web/email hosting, DNS and domain names is a plus
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must exhibit active listening
- Must have keen attention to details
- Must have a positive attitude towards work
