Help!!! Fastest way to get a passport??

Hi! My boss wants me to secure a passport ASAP. I'm currently here in Cebu and the earliest appointment that I could get here is on Nov 24. Would you recommend getting an appointment from other regions like Dumaguete? I heard its not that busy there. Also, express process is guaranteed 10 working days? I would really appreciate your insights. Thanks!

mag depend jud ka sa ilang appointment system. but once ma appoint na ka, mag process na ka pwede man ka kuha passport after 10 days. ang regular is around 15-20 days. add lang ka additional fee. unless senior na imo parents, pwede nalang ka makig dungan nila kay apilan ug marka imong documents sa senior kay nag assist ka ug senior. kana ok ra mag walk in ka, but if wala ka parent na senior na gnhan mag renew passport, wait ka imo sched. other allowed walk ins are government employees, OFWs, pregnant, etc.

in my case, na allow kog walk in kay nag uban mi sa akong mama. gi markahan akong papers ug ASC (assisting a senior citizen) mao na pas2x sad ko.

quick question: so my appointment is this upcoming Nov 22, so if mag express ko tinuod ning 1.2k magasto and ma release in 10-15days? and sa akong application kai akong family name walay "ñ" but sa akong birth cert kai naai "ñ", dli pa ko masangit ani? kai naki laptop raman gud ko when I submitted the application wala sad ms office para maka copy ko ug "ñ". But I noticed even sa PRC dili na sila mag mind sa "ñ"., okay raba ni?
