    @ dagski: bro, tried this and it doesnt work

    Tip 11: Check if the recepients phone is on
    Delivery reports
    or
    Type *0# your message in the message composer window space then write your message, the recipient will not see the star zero hash bit - just the message When they read it it will relay a message back to your fone showing the time they recieved it. (haven't yet tried it myself though)

    Default Problem with your Symbian Cellphone Software?

    if you are having system problems, try these steps:

    1. turn off phone
    2. remove mmc
    3. turn on phone
    4. delete the c:\system\system.ini file
    5. delete the c:\system\bootdata\FirstBoot.dat file
    6. turn off phone
    7. put mmc back to phone
    8. restart phone

    If it still gives you your system error, try these steps
    1. turn off phone
    2. press and hold the pencil button
    3. turn on phone (keep holding down the pencil button
    4. your phone should now start up error free.

    worst case scenario, to begin with, you may have installed a corrupted program that in turn have corrupted your system. So if after doing the steps above doesnt work, try to use your back up file. (sort of like system restore, that is IF you have a back up file).
    restarting the phone and when

    Default series 60 operator logo howto

    The operator logo is the picture on top of your phone screen, in most cases is the name of your operator.

    How to change it for a nice picture? You can do this by diferent ways:

    First create this folder if you dont have it:

    C:\System\Apps\Phone\Oplogo\

    The operator logo will be stored on it...)

    You can use FExplorer (any jpeg/bmp, no resize), seleQ (any image, it will resize it) --> select the image you want be operator logo, select options-file-set as operator logo.

    You can make your own logo:

    The operator logos have the following format:

    COUNTRYCODE_NETWORKCODE_S UBNETCODE.BMP

    For example, for Spain:

    Amena: 214 03 -> 214_3_0.BMP
    Movistar: 214 07 -> 214_7_0.BMP
    Vodafone: 214 01 -> 214_1_0.BMP

    In the PHILIPPINES:
    Smart: 515 01
    Globe: 515 02

    The size for bmp is 97 x 25 pixels.

    Also, you can store diferent logos for diferent operators. For example if you change your SIM to other operator, you will see the other logo, or if you travel to other countries, you can store diferent logos for the operators in this countries.

    You have a list of country codes and network codes here , just ignore the first "0" in network code if any.

    If you want to delete the logo to restore the original (name of the operator) just delete the bmp file from c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo.

    Default Problem with your Symbian Cellphone Software?

    Daghan man nindot na applications for your 3660, ang problem lang kay kung daghan na sad kaayu imo na install, tendency is mo hinay og processing sa imo phone. Ang 3650/3660 na models man gud kay gamay ra iya phone memory (vertual memory) and hinay ra iya processing speed compared to the higher models like 6600 and up.
    These are the applications that I would recommend for Nokia 3660 phones:
    :arrow: FaceWarp = You can play with you face being warped into different shapes...Very funny!
    :arrow: Handy Photo Safe = an app where you can safely store your private pictures and can only be opened via passcode.
    :arrow: Camcoder Pro = a video recorder that allows you to record as long as you want. Unlike the video recorder of 3660 which only allows you to record max of 10 seconds.
    :arrow: Smart Movie Player = an app which allows you to view AVI converted videos and play it in full screen and horizontally. Cool for playing movie trailers, music videos, etc...
    :arrow: Ultra MP3 or any mp3 player apps = allows you to play mp3 music through your mobile phone.
    :arrow: Handy Reminder = an app which allows you to record or alarm you with important schedules or reminders.
    :arrow: Task Manager = users get more advanced control over the phone. Task Manager provides task management functions, enhanced favourites and other system tools.
    :arrow: Extended Profiles = extends the functionality of the Series 60 phones with advanced user profile managing.
    :arrow: SeleQ or Fexplorer = allows you to manage your files. Just like in windows explorer.
    :arrow: Smart Launcher = SmartLauncher completely substitutes the system menu and taskmanager, allows to set the background image, apps and folder icons, colours and many other features.
    :arrow: Skin Editor = With the help of this aplication you will be able to create and change Skins for the SmartLauncher. It also allows to send and receive skins through email, bluetooth and infrared.

    There are a lot more applications to choose from. Just remember, if you install too much, it will eat up your virtual memory space and cause your phone to slow down and even hung-up. Try it!
