To speed up the weight loss process I recommend mixing cardio with ample amount of weight lifting. What people actually miss out is that lifting weights speeds up your metabolism and ends up making you lose more weight than. Just outright cardio. Find a perfect balance of the 3 ( lifting , cardio , and diet )
