maong ni undang na lang jud mi sa globe kai di jud nila ma upgrade ang karaan namo nga 1MB ADSL connection. daghan ug excuses. unya pag balhin namo sa SKYcable kai 8MBinternet+cable TV duna pai HD channels. unya mo depprensya ra ug gamai sa bayad. para nako sulit unya flexible pa sa sky kai puede ipa enable/disable and subscription sa HD channels kung di na ganahan.
mura nag boang ang globe oi purya gaba kung naa ky e reklamo na mao na, mao na, mao na, hinay ang INTERNET

Kung sa simple nga termino lang, all they need (telcos) is to invest in upgrading sa facilities, equipment and medium into fiber connection up to the subscriber side with standard installation to prolong sa iyang lifespan without any issues. Ing ana ka simple but needed a lot of things to consider though.
Big possibility na boss, business is business baya. But I think they have had a lot of expenses also in terms of line restoration using copper lines, esp on those very old copper facilities.. One good example, is kung naay kawat copper cable (either primary or secondary), obliged sila to replace/restore, and resulta gastos na pud (kung prone sa kawat ang area, more splicing points ma create, magka degrade ang quality sa line). Sa fiber facilities, dili na need og primary cabinets, to secondary distribution, dretso na sa mga NAP terminals nga naa sa mga poste.
