The good thing that DU30 did is to move around all of the bases in the country and somehow getting their trust Govt. The peace negotiations with different rebel groups that a plus also. the US usually fund rebel groups in a country in order to topple down a govt like what they are doing in SYria and the rest of the middle east countries. the only group that is somehow against DU30 govt is the ASG. for which i think US will not course through their intention through them unless they can make an army out from the 3% distrust survey results.
i think its not totally becoming Chinese we will be just open to any nationality/country for investment. and wait Lexmark is already Chinese. mangutana ta sa mga tga Lexmark kung dako ba ang kausaban.![]()
I don't mind the chinese coming here and investing, as we can see they have actually taken over most of the major establishments and even in the government.
We see a lot of big businesses oligarchs who are run by chinese, so no qualms there.
and we've almost always known how these oligarchs are.. taking everything for nothing, and ruling over everyone like they are gods.
I believe its more on the perception and the cultural alignment, if these "big move" happens really.

In a manner of speaking, it's politics. Unfortunately, a lot of the people don't know how to alienate it from reality.
Time and again gibalik2x nana ni digong regarding ownership.
Ang problema aning ownership is if, it is taken by force or violence or some other means.
The owner has to utilize everything in its possible disposable to recover that which is taken.
The question now is, do we have the capability or the power to recover it?
There are other means, the one taken by the previous admin was to go to court, and surely enough it was proven that it is ours.
Karon gi occupy naman unsa man atong buhaton to regain ownership, take it by force? or take a subtle way and peaceful way by "talks".
The US as a superpower has no issues with using force as they have all the weapons in the world at their disposal.
That which, we don't.
I believe digong is taking the other path, as what he has done in Mindanao. Wherein he talked with the rebels and heard their sentiments, that the Christians had come to Mindanao on Marcos bidding that people should go to Mindanao as it is the land of promise, thus the all too familiar feud between Muslims and Christian.
It probably could be theorized that it was Marcos who pulled the trigger first.
In that he told people to go to Mindanao without taking into consideration that people mostly muslims are actually thriving there and had been there since time immemorial. Since, these muslims don't have the paper or title to stress ownership, the only thing in the mind would be it was taken by force by the Christians.
Which again will lead back to "enforcing ownership" over a property.
There was this proclamation of Marcos to convert all lands in Mindanao or the Philippines in general as a protected area. Which would mean in legal terms that you can no longer attain ownership of such as it already belongs to the government, because of that proclamation.
In doing so, intentionally or inadvertently the government has taken over their lands.
The sentiments is that they the Mindanaoans are the real owner of Mindanao, even if they don't have the paper to show it.
What digong did was more than logical and wise, in a way he "talked" and negotiated.
Saying, we Christians have been here "Mindanao" for long, we have raised our families here and it is by far our homes too. You can no longer make us "Christians" leave, as we also consider these lands as our homes.
The only thing we can do now is to talk and negotiate.
Digong knows the Mindanaons that's why he can go in and out of the rebel camps without fear.
I believe this guy has the learnings and the experience from the grass roots to be an effective negotiator and a peace dealer.
I have no doubt that we can get good concessions out from his state visit in China.
and the US, don't mind them, they are very much open minded people and probably more easier to talk to and convince than any other people in the planet.

These yellow idi*t are lost, they did not even realize these country is being run by major chinese business, provocation just does work, we are being use by US to their own self interest to stop China from becoming a full pledge superpower, they wanna keep monopoly to the world as the dominance like they did to the stock market with their USD currency. They better think twice before WW3 turn as all into ashes.
Even before 1521 we already have trade history with the chinese, they never colonize us like japanese, spanish and america did. Chinese even has the nearest distance to envade us compared than those three. They are even with us during those times, Nothing really wrong with chinese with us, the important change should be the law enforcement which all the past administrations have failed.

relax lang boss.no need to do names. let us just respect their opinion. and yes you are correct. we have been trading with the chinese for the longest time. history has binded us. i put my full trust in duterte. i trust him to do the right thing. what i want for him in his china trip is for our zambales fishermen brothers to have the entitlement back to fish on the spratly grounds. luoy kaayo ila families nadamay aning politics when they just want to put food on the table. i salute duterte for going to china and talk to them on it.

i don't think we are on the brink of world war. lols.. word war maybe.but nah.not world war.
Hahaha....Pagkatoytoy na lang gyud aning istoryaha!
Nganong previous admin man gyud inyong pakasad-on, kinsa diay PNP chief nila ana, si Purisima ba diay?
Ngano ug ngano man gyud kaha?
A...basin nibunot og pusil ang mga rallyista. Maong ilang gi-unhan og ligis.
P.S.
Peaceful na gyud kaayo ang pinas, 'sa?
Liman ka'g nawala na gud ang mga petty criminals....Mga pulis ug mga vigilante na lang gud ang nahibilin.![]()
