If President Duterte did not immediately act on controlling the proliferation of drug trades in and out of NBP, then who would? There would be more killings of innocent people, criminals are multiplying exponentially everyday and more victims are becoming hopeless. Justice in the Philippines then was all about money. The richer the more powerful. Conversely, no money no power. That was the reality of the situation. Hopefully, this situation changes. If another great orator but incompetent President was elected, then Philippines will eventually collapse. Wake up! It is a fact that the entire state was drowning with drugs resulting in drug proliferation, corruption by government officials and participation of law enforcement agencies in illegal drug transactions under the table. No one else could come to the rescue of poor Filipinos because DRUGS had already penetrated deep within the very core of the government. It was hell!

There is no dispute that De Lima's failure and gross negligence of her duty as former DOJ secretary in controlling the proliferation of drug trades and transactions in and out of the NBP has opened all the doors across the entire nation to notorious drug lords and syndicates coming from other countries to enter into its territory with free passports and invest in illegal drug trades all over the country. Much to my dismay, ICC and UN rapporteurs failed to conduct investigation when killings were very rampant everywhere back then. These were all happening and, evidently, out of control during the past administration. At that time, both De Lima and Trillanes were quietly condoning these eventualities. What did you do? Why did you not criticize yourselves and your bosses? People cried out for help, but the government was too corrupt to come to their rescue.

The present administration is cleaning up the mess of the past administration that was discovered and exposed publicly. Transparency promotes good governance. The government is doing its best in trying to get the "real killers" surrender, which is "illegal drugs." It is not the state that is condoning or allowing extrajudicial killings to occur. These types of killings happen everyday anywhere around the globe. Duterte's administration is more than an open book that is widely open for the whole world to read and watch. You cannot let criminals continue to kill innocent lives and not do anything to stop it. The government should not let the "real killers" destroy the entire state.

A true leader is not coward. President Duterte is definitely not coward. Keep Filipinos alive, well and happy - that's the best that can be done. It is being undertaken and it will continue its way to the end.
