on my side, they offered me full refund but I opted otherwise.
they have also invested effort to meet our demands but they just came up short.
so I asked them to deliver similar gifts as what I ordered (+cupcakes) to make up for their shortcoming.
and they did! this time very early, and the flowers were very fresh.
fiancee sure was surprised and happy...
i apologize if i've offended anyone with my previous posts but that's just expected from a customer not getting what he payed for.
in conclusion, i ordered, they failed, they tried to make up for it, and they were able to...
no bad blood from me here...
now i'm satisfied...
