"He is he and you are you" cannot apply here. He is our top diplomat. He represents US. Resorting to that "strategy" is unnecessary and puts us in a bad light. The fact that he keeps apologizing for things he said should tell you that the "strategy" you mention is not really strategy, it is just something he says and does on a whim.

I personally hate his bad mouth but can't you see why people and the rest of the world keeps on talking about him? Again, this is his strategy.

mo comment lang ko ani nga specific parts... my old man sent to FBI for 6 months training during his time PRO7 as lead ballistician examiner... the reason why we dont sent people to US is that it is tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooo expensive to do it... (note the emphasis on too) and also our wargames (AFAIK) is not just a training on our troops but also sa US... wargames are done so if any world war happens tactics and equipment are better used during any operations.... now if we send 2 battalions of soldiers to US for 6 months (the usual abroad deployment, afaik) do you think mas maayo i spend nalang na sa modernization?

we are training with other country so if the time comes we fight with them there will never be operational issues... i think you have the wrong understanding what is a balikatan and why it was held...

My understanding sir is that sa 50 years nato na allies, the war games are always here in the Philippines. Mao na nag question ko why not ad2 sa US.
