ang ilang shares ky ang BORACAY project wherein your membership and your unit is equivalent to a stock share of the company of that particular location of that particular place! SO instead of just having bought a Stock bond (which is basically just a papernga nagpa ila nga part owner ka ana nga building) you get yourself a condo unit, membership, free nights, perks and discounts just by having that share of stock!

SO nindot jud ni cya nga investment bro ky aside from earning from your share (by the way not timed share) from the pooled income of the hotel in boracay you get to have loads of perks and privileges ridding with it

Rushing to sell my Club Ultima Membership A - 7 nights (15yrs). Membership was acquired in Manila n 2010. The difference between Manila- acquired with Cebu-acquired is the membership dues. Manila acquired shares pays dues yearly at P6720 whereas Cebu-acquired membership pays dues monthly at P1340. Ive used only a year.
The membership is a good investment for frequent travelers who can make a profit out of it too while riding the perks of being a member! specially those who frequents boracay or travels internationally.
