this is part of meritocracy where credit is given thru merit, i gave a few examples already about how this works(meritocracy) in my past posts...i believe this is needed to give balance to the society....being high/low in academics is human nature, we are not created equal...so naa jud mga tao nga low ug high academic capacities....

imagine if all are highly academic in the like of engrs, dr, architects, lawyers and so on.....
- so krn kinsa mo build sa mga building sa engrs?
- kinsa mo build sa house sa architects?
- kinsa man ang cashier if kani mga highly academics mo adto mall and buy stuff
- kinsa mo build sa mga roads??
- kinsa man manahig mga sinina?
you get the idea??

minimum wage earners are needed as much as high wage earners to keep society in balance....right now there are imbalance in phil society on the industry/business sector and m reminding you guys that i think PRD is re-aligning it again
