Need help/advice in buying 2nd hand motorcycle

Hi istoryans, im planning to buy used motorwcycle with orig OR/CR but ang date is 2008 pa. My questions are


1. How to go about the deed of sale? Gi prenda rman ni niya ang motor so dili iya name sa deed. And would the seller need to be present inig pa notarize?
2. How to get the motorcycle registered if ang date sa orig CR is 2006 and OR is 2008 pa last registration and pila kaha penalty ani?
3. DT 125 ang motor 20k ako palit, ilisanan side mirror, tail and back lights, clutch and break lever, seat cover. Sulit ra ni knowing ako pa mgpa reg?

p:s pinerenda ning motora and na remate way back 2013. Gi hatag sa tag iya sa paemshop sa iya igsuon and then gi baligya. Niya nako karon

Ni ingon ang anak sa seller 2013 last regustration but ni lakaw iya mama pag tan.aw nko sa unit so walasiya kahibaw asa gi butang ang copy sa last registration. But kita kos OR/CR orig but mao lagi 2006 and 2008 respectively.

Boss... mao ni ang pina ka dali na pwede nimo buhaton base sa ako nahibaw-an.. (pero basin naa pa uban na mas expert nko)

1. For the deed of sale, you need 2 things. Una is the signature of the original owner based on the OR/CR na ma sign sa Deed of Sale. and second is a photocopy of any valid ID of the original owner based on the OR/CR as needed na to transfer the regostration name from them to you.

2. For the registration, dali rmna.. if u want the hard way, you can go to LTO and ask a "print out" copy of the registration of the bike. Mura rna siya og print screen sa ilang computer na nka state didto when na last registered ang motor then pwede na nmo.mahamit to renew the registration. If, nahan ka dali2, some emission test centers mo trabaho ana for u. Pero kanang kasaligan pd nmo para y ma TY. Sa dates nmn, expected na na ang naa sa CR ky lahi ang date sa OR ky ang OR rmn ang sogihan nmo og renew per tear. For the penalty, mura 100 to 200 per year ang fine ana.

3. Sa price na 20k, ok nana considering in all good condition ang engine and all major parts sa motor. Base sa imo gi mention, mga accessories (pero required gohapon para ma renew ang bike) rmn ang needed og repair. Pero if ako lang to, i can still try to huggle since wala nmn ma registered. Hehehe...

P.s. prenda? Meaning as of now nka prenda pa or hagbay nana nila gi claim?
Ky if gi prenda pna as of now, wala unta nila ang orig CR. Pero if na claim na nila balik, d na issue ky mismo ang nag prenda d na sila mo tramsfer sa ila name sa dili ilang motor. Unless pg remate go transfer sa gi prendahan sa ilang ngalan. If thats the case, pangitaa to ang guy nya pangayua ang photocopy sa iyang valid ID og pa sign sa Deed of Sale para imo ma transfer ang motor sa imo name.

There is also a text to LTO to check sa status sa motor. Mahibaw-an nmo kng active pa ba na or naka alert ba nang motora. Meaning kinawat ba or dili. I forgot lang unsa to but u can always google it.

Salamat sa reply bro. Na remate na ni. ang deed of sale kay nka state ang name sa nag prenda (original owner) og ang gi prendahan (igsuon sa nag sell sa motor). I got pictures of the deed of sale and the original OR/CR. So for me to tranfer it in my name, i could have the seller's brother sign since technically iyaha nmn ning motor (because of the deed of sale) bisan pa amg OR/CR nka pangan sa original owner. Sakto bko? Hahah
