Are you perhaps comparing SGD vs PHP? And SG as opposed to PHL? Again, if most privates here can do away with a salary of 12k pesos how much more if they are given 19k pesos as allowance?

You must be well-read and if that's the case, lisod kaayo mabuhi sa Japan with 200,000-yen with addtional side-job of about 45,000-yen a month on weekends for a single person renting a single bedroom apartment how much more sa phils nga galisod. But then, you can see call center agents living a leisurely life with only 20k salary. So, one can say that an allowance of 19k for service is doable to most, if not all young men.

well actually i don't think lisud ang pag implement ug mga rules and regulations regarding national service. naa man daghan models around asia like korea and SG. im sure if they can, they can just copy the model and innovate from it. as the saying goes, if there's a will theres a way ..

nka kita man gud ko sa benefits sa proper ROTC, like kana nahitabo sa pinas krn nga state of emergency/lawlessness....mostly sa pinas wala kabalo unsa na, wa cla kabalo unsay buhataon if mag in.ana ang nasod....pero if sa ROTC e teach na did2, e inform ang cadet unsay buhaton aw cya nay mo disseminate sa info sa iyang mga pamilya ug unsay buhaton nila.....

krn k way hanaw mga tao sa declaration sa govt mao nag libog cla unsa ila buhaton, ang uban na hadlok k martial law daw nyahaha, ma looy na lng ta sa wa kasabot sa declaration nyahaha
