Taft East Gate condominium 28 square meters at 450k. This is at 30/70 % financing scheme and priced at 2.6 million. Current price for the unit is 2.9 million while I let it assume at same price more than a year ago.

House and lot in San Isidro Talisay near the highway and markets and establishments. 561 square meters at 2.8 million negotiable. Please note title is still on process.
