Im always at home, so good neighbors matter for me and my senior citizen mom kay samok ning mga neighbor na way batasan, mga drug addict, etc.

If in a subdivision, best if naa guard.

Preference:
- with at least 2 bedrooms (no tiny rooms please, our bed is queen with headboard)
- Dogs allowed
- at least a small area outside that the dogs can stay
- Lapu-Lapu area


Assurance from me:
- got no kids, but my nieces do visit but they're well disciplined kids.
- long term renter if satisfied, but just willing to sign 1 year contract para testing (2 years na mi diri sa among gi rentahan, pero gisamokan na jud mi aning silingan namo kay gara na)
- pay on time
- dogs are disciplined as long as di lang binuangan sa mga bata or anyone sa silingan
- clean house. my mom is a clean freak. the owner of the current house even like the look of her house kay "balay" na jud daw. Sa una nangalaya ni iyang tanom, lagom ang ding2x, tagiptip ang CR. Karon di na.

Also thinking of buying a house but I can't find a house with my preference. It's either I can afford and increase my budget, but the lawn for my dogs is not there. Or the house is too tiny. If you have a house to recommend feel free to let me know.
