This is a lesson to everyone who want to invest on property, labi na real estate. We should check the company's background, how stable and strong they are in terms of project turn-over. First is ask the HLURB and LTS(License to sell) number, if wala silay ipakita pwede sila maka hosan ana kay Government rule, you cannot sell a property if wala pamoy LTS.
