Whether or not e actually made good on his threats and pronouncements does not matter to Duterte, Bato, Dino and the rest of the PNP. They are just making sure that no matter whet Tomas does, they will be able to do their jobs and protect the Cebuano community.

And sorry, but it is not Dino's job to validate any facts. He just had to tell the President what Tomas said. It is not his fault that the mayor was bluffing. He just made sure that if Tomas was not bluffing, the PNP will still be able to serve the Cebuano community properly. And being prepared for any eventuality is doing a good job.
@coolboss - You still don't get it do you? Let me write to you in detail:

    1.) Allowance / Incentives
a.) Only allowance for the incoming PNP director in the City was not given
b.) Allowance was still given to the rank and file
c.) Tommy stopped giving incentives for any dead or captured drug personality.
d.) The incentive mentioned on C came from his own pocket. Can you say he didn't give any support even on a very personal capacity?
e.) Kailangan pa hatagan ug incentive/tip para mo trabaho?

    2.) Police Cars & Gasoline
a.) There were no recalls of already assigned police cars
b.) Only those that were still to be reassigned didn't push through
c.) Gasoline allowance was still shouldered by the City

    3.) Firearms
a.) All City purchased firearms were recalled this including those issued to all (not only barangay captains)
b.) It was clarified a day or two after the re-call that those firearms are expired license and unusable and to be fixed and issued all to the PNP

    4.) Commitment & gentleman's honor
a.) Gen. Dela Rosa didn't refute Tommy's statement that Bato promised to keep then City's PNP Director for 3 more months
b.) Despite falling short and re-placing the director, due respect was not given to Tommy as a promise has not been made

    5.) The Law
a.) Failure to cite/show proof of any valid reason why authority from the mayor should be removed
b.) Consultations based on the law was not adhered before removing authority

So what did Tomas do before authority was removed?
a.) Did he sang through his meetings
b.) Did he lavishly gifted his favored politicians with luxury vehicles and projects coming from the calamity fund
c.) Gave the order to eliminate drugs and personally gave his own money to ensure it goes off at a healthy start

If you do not understand Tomas' side on how difficult it is to form a team, I would completely understand if didn't have that opportunity to manage people. I have been managing people for 15 years and still learning.

Wow, so Dino is playing the president for a fool.
So who's joking more dangerously and getting away with it?

Hahay. Dugaya jud nimo kasabot oi. The PNP and Duterte did not react to what Tomas actually did. They reacted to what Tomas said he would do. Tomas bluffed, Bato and Duterte called his bluff. Ending, Tomas is bowing down while trying to find a way to save face. Lesson to Tomas. Do not fool around with Bato and Digong. End of story. Unless Tomas wants to take it further. Dino is nothing but the conduit of support and blessings from Duterte and the PNP headquarters to the local PNP.

I cannot do anything if you still don't understand or you refuse to understand. What is important to me is that the rest of the people reading this thread understand my point. You don't bluff Bato and Duterte and get away with it, a lesson I hope Tomas has finally learned the hard way.

Here is something from your favorite newspaper nga "biased" kuno. Tell me what is not true here. Hahahaha.

    Hahay. Dugaya kasabot nimo oi.

PNP didn't bluff when they withdraw authority for no basis as simple as that.
They broke the law and never denied it. All you are clinging to is the popularity of the Gen. Bato and DU30 which they didn't give such order. (Please check kinsay ni perma)

I do not believe that Gen. Bato is bogo... but what I believe is that PNP hierarchy have been fed with lies.

I cannot do anything if you fail to grasp the clear logic on how to make sound judgement.

This is still Tomas' fault. he shouldve kept mum about the replacement or at least approach who ever is in authority about such move. DU30 and Gen Bato having the authority over the country especially in matters regarding drugs only to bow down to a City Mayor?

Duha ra jud mo diri who do not or refuse to understand what I have been saying all along. I did not say Tomas actually withdrew anything from the PNP. He just threatened to withdraw support and he did not give some vehicles he committed to give.. In other words nanghulga. The PNP, with Duterte's support, took away the police supervision and bodyguards of Tomas, in retaliation to his threats. In other words, hulga pa lang kang Tomas, gi tinuod na ni Bato ug Duterte. Message to Tomas: Ayaw mi hulgaa kay dili mi pa hulga nimo. Si Tomas ni una, si Bato ug Duterte ni tiwas. What is more, the PNP showed Tomas that if he will not give the PNP the vehicles he promised, as well as firearms, then the PNP can source it elsewhere. It came from the national government through Michael Dino. Dili ni tungod kay sikat si Dino. It was just done this way to bypass Tomas. Message from PNP to Tomas: while would appreciate your support, we don't really need it and we are prepared to do our jobs without you support.

Ending: now Tomas has to start kissing their ass while trying to save face. That is the truth no matter how you look at it. If you think the PNP or NAPOLCOM did something illegal, you or Tomas are welcome to sue them. See what Tomas will fo in the coming weeks and months. See if he will sue. Stop dreaming. Even Tomas has woke up and smelled the coffee. He knows what he has to do. Tail between his legs. Hahaha.

Who do you think could feed the PNP lies? Who do you think the PNP would listen to? You said Bato is smart. Magpailad kaha si Bato? And please tell me exactly what lie I told? All the other readers in this thread can judge. Duha ra jud mo nga wala pa mo tugpa. Move on na mo oi.

"Words have been said by Tomas." mao ra gyud ni. End of story.

Why would Gen Bato(when he visited Cebu) asked for his support if not for the above?

Lol, back read your posts and assess who is now singing a different tune. Ikaw! haha
Might I remind you that the reason the PNP gave is because Tomas withdraw incentives, firearms, gasoline and transportation support which is false and what you and some other dude who seems to have the same account been humming

PNP should have done their job even when Mike DRama was the mayor but why wala? Aww... we all know what he is protecting and the local police didn't do anything about it.

People like you (again back read your posts) who believe outright what is written in the paper be it verbatim or twisted. But it's normal, not all people are created equal It's just sad na a pud pareha sa PNP na uto2 :P

Unless you believe the PNP Chief can teleport or has clones everywhere, please think what the word delegation means.
Paklaro lang gyud ka you have not held any responsibility over other people.
Even Pres DU30 is going to cleanup the executive appointments (even his) kay na a naka lusot.

Bantay mo DRama, Alcover, Bobby, or whoever you are and the other same dude. Mga balimbing kaayo mga Team DRama mo apil2 PDP-Laban but in the end the head of the snake was named as the drug protector. More will be unmasked as history has shown be it friend, allies or foes.
