    Workout, right diet and rest

    What's included in my workout:
    • Cardio: 5-10k run/day for 3-5days
    • M-Sat 1hr Yoga
    • Mon: Pilates then a bit of weights
    • Tues: Boxing (wts)
    • Wed: Tabata then a bit of core workout
    • Thurs-Fri: Weights and core workout

    I must say... kaning PokemonGo is really giving me an additional motivation to hit the road.
    My regular 2km jog a day becomes 5km jog a day

    You know, for me the easiest way is losing weight. The hardest is maintaining it.
    if you are serious about weight loss and to stay in your desired weight, stay active ra jud bro.
    Ayaw intawon ug rely anang pills. There is no shortcut in weight loss.
    The question is how determine are you to loss weight?

    Simple way nga makatabang nimo kay 30mins walking a day until maka walk - jog naka for 30min. then progress to jogging for 30mins. then progress to jogging with running still 30mins until you can run for 30min.. Without changing your diet.

    Naay nindot bro, kong ganahan ka makakaon sa imong gusto nga way limit. Do triathlon

    Any battle is won in the mind first. so kong naghuna2x nakag kapoy, syempre di jud na nimo makaya. pildi naka daan. There is a law of attraction - what you think is what you get.
    Start easy then progress. Progression and right mind set are the key! That's why i mentioned you about determination.

    Bisan unsa pa kanindot ang advice kong dili nimo sugdan.. way padulngan. ug binsa unsa pa ka inspiring ang sharing about weight loss unya imong mind set kay "magsugod ko ugma", ang mahitabo is a constant loop of "Magsugod ko inig ka ugma or ugma nalang" - dili man mahurot ang adlaw

    For me, loosing weight is kinda hard. It needs effort and self-control (on the food ).
    Pero with the meal-shake that i am taking, medyo sayon ra.

    +1 kaayo ko anang jogging Boss.

    Akong jogging style is like this: 2km jud ako route.
    Pagsugod, 100 seconds jog ko, then walk (kay hangos na) for like 3 minutes.
    Then jog for 120 seconds na pod, then walk for 3 minutes.
    Mag-add kog 20 seconds after every walk-stop nako until i finish the 2km route - that's about 45mins to 1hr.

    Pagsugod, i make about 7 to 10 stops to complete the 2km kay di jud tawn madala oi! Hangos jud ko. And when you do this everyday, motaas-taas na imong hangin.

    Pero karon, 3 stops and about 20 mins nalang ang 2km.
    During a cool day, about 15 mins ra kay dili man ko mag-stop-stop.

    Then with PokemonGo I made the 2km to 5km route na with 5 stops lang. But back to 30min to 45mins na. It's like exercising + fun.

    Even with exercise maglisod jud kog katulog, insomnia sucks. It doesn't help nga night shift ko. Every day tag 3-4 hours ra ang sleep and that 4-6 hours ang "trying" to sleep (ligid lang sa bed). Kapoi kaayo before and after shift mao d najud matagad ang among stationary bike sa balay. If magexercise ko kay samot mawagtang jud akong kaduka and d ko makatulog hantod nga hapit nalang ting duty. Plus free food pa sa office mao niburot jud. Mga istoryans unsai motivation ninyo? It starts with the mind I know but mapildi jud ko perme aning insomnia kanunay -_-
