@Shengton: Yes sir we are using routers and switch here... Di ko alam kong ano ang port dito eh... thanks
How many computers do you have i your office?
pila man ka pc inyo office? if dili gani kaau kaau daghan try to turn on all pc one by one tanawa ang switch king mo siga!
1. check first the physical set up f ok ug sakto nbutang ang mga cables from the hosts
to switch to your router/switch..
2. try to configure the hosts/pc; ip addresses ug uban pa sa TCP/IP configuration found
in your local connection properties then establish connection..
3. reset the router/switch;
f wala jpon!!...
4. pls call your ISP let them handle it...
Y ala man mo IT?... hehehe...
basin simple ra kau ang problem.. ingon ka walay light ang ethernet? usually the first to go bad is the cable.. labi na cge ka ibut ug taud..
sulayi sa gamit ug lain cable bro.. from another computer on the network.
if it does'nt work, check your NIC: control panel>system>hardware>devicemanager>network adapters>ethernet10/100(depende sa manufacturer) make sure ang status "this device is working properly"
disable/(re)enable if necessary.
by the way===NEVER RESET YOUR ROUTER, you would risk DESTROYING the whole network setup labi na kung naay file and printer sharing and server functions, not to mention loosing your ISP connection. mudako samot imo problema bro.
chances are, simple ra kau ang problema.. dont complicate it.. it always works to follow common sense.
post lang balik for updates.
basin limited ang dhcp sa inyong router nya late ka maabot mao ikaw ang di ka connect lately heheh
