D7100 or D5500

Which is.a better choice? D7100 or D5500?
One is mid-size and heavy and one is more compact and lighter by weight
For those who have tried both units, which one has:
- a better general image quality
- more user friendly features

I know the specs of both by googling but I need first hand opinions of those who have tried it.

sa imong question regarding IQ, basically the same.

if sa ergonomics, better to go to a camera store and try both bodies. choose the one that you like the most. but if you're planning to upgrade in the future, better get the d7100 right now ... don't mind the weight maanad raka kadugayan.

as for sa lens, 18-300 cost you around 31k brandnew sa macys. but it's a variable aperture lens, bisan pa ug naa cyay VR, dili gihapon ka malingaw sa iyang 300 end.

how about u look into the cheap but reliable tamron 28-75. constant aperture cya ug 2.8 then it will only take 18k from your pocket.

What do you mean by "upgrade"? Upgrading the body? If lens upgrading, will that make any difference on the 2 models in question?
I'll check on that lens you suggest but at abt 42mm I think that's not what I need.
