winston did have some plans for the transport problem and he's a doer. his decisions might, later, be unpopular to the public but what he believes what is good for everyone in the long term, he will push for it. kato bitaw nga pagpa computerize niya sa GSIS daghan man na bisto ato nga mga limbungan pag sugod na ug himo sa bag-ong database maong daghan kaayong nangasuko hangtud karon. he knows his stuff, how to move things.

Just hope that the people who voted for Davide will realize that he he not the kind of governor we need. We need a visionary who is a doer. Or maybe Davide will change and turn out to be better in his second term but I doubt it. Sayang jud for Cebu nga na pilde si Winston.
