The bible is clear about the commandment, not to murder- meaning to kill without just cause.
Reklamo jud kay by the term itself "extra-judicial," meaning outside what is acceptable ang pagpatay.

Murder - unjustified taking of someone's life
Killing - the broader definition in taking someone's life whether justified or unjustified

Why is "You shall not murder" in the Ten Commandments?

Exodus 20:13 "You shall not murder.

Naay daghan but if you see this in a whole biblical context these are not killings without just cause.

Although ang king james version ra ang using the word killing but if you look at the whole biblical context it could only mean "murder".

Mao lagi it may also be used to silence their connection for the drug lord it may be a key witness. There is always this possibility.

Some prefer King James version, some kay King Kong, others kay kang Da King FPJ. Why not stick to the REAL and ORIGINAL version sa Bible?
