Just need some inputs. I expanded my watercooling to my gpu also. I need coolant though. No one in cebu sells this...

I would like to mix my own instead but tutorials i found are all indicating foreign brands that are not found here.

Kabasa ko sa taas na shell coolant daw... but i need details.
What to buy and ratio...
Does this prevent bacterial growth?
Anti corrosive prop?

Just use and buy Wilkens Distilled Water. You can buy it on a grocery store.

Even if you use coolants, anti corrosive, anti bacterial, etc. . you will still have those issues on your loop, many water cooling enthusiast uses those materials on their loop still have many complaints that they still have issues on their loop, for peace of mind just use a distilled water. Water cooling needs a proper maintenance..

This is exactly true....do not use dye coloring. Dyes will coagulate in all your fittings and needs cleaning every 7 to 8 months. Dyes are PITA to use. Better to use colored tubings with distilled water. Their are several additives available that retard bacteria growth...DO NOT USE ANY DYES!!!!
