Hello mga Boss,

I'm a console player switching to PC. Newbie sa PC. Unsay mas nndot ani nila? Zotac gtx 970 extreme core amp or gigabyte g1 gtx 980ti? Unsa nndot components ani nila for a gaming rig budget around 50-60k? Kelangan ba mag OC?

What I have in in the list:
Intel i5-6600
Gigabyte GA-H170M-D3H
Gskill ripjaws DDR4 16gb 2400mhz
Western digital 1tb black
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb
Superflower Leadex 650w

980ti of course Pero if ako lng, 1070 all the way jud. Similar with 980ti pud sya and cheaper. ASUS strix if budget allows, If tight sa budget zotac nlng. Mga 5k ang price difference nila duha. IMHO dili ka need mag OC IF 1080p gaming rka(MAX SETTINGS NANA), but if you have plans for 4k gaming then murag mas better jud mag OC. If gusto ka ug overclockable nga build go for i5 6600k and Z170 nga Mobo. Another advice: If h170 imung paliton maypag mag z170 nlng ka the price difference is small and sa z170 maka OC ka and sa H170 dili. ang Z170 nga msi nga pinaka cheap is 7k+ man to ako nakita. IF wala jud kay plans of OC, better go with B150 or H110 boards kay cheaper pa around 3-5k. Ang imung psu gold, silver, bronze, or plat. The 1070 uses only 150w. Maskig 500w-550w ok na kaayo na pero ok japun na imung 650w if naa kay future plans mag SLI or upgrade to a more power consuming gpu. Hope this helps

than the 7,000+Mhz 6GB GDDR5 Memory on 384bit @250W TDP

the 980ti edges at 5frames average.not much to count on more than 75fps average @ 1080p performance.

and then there's Driver Optimization.

the 1070 runs games at 1440p just as fast if not faster @Stock clocks in which the 980Ti is already fullspeed throttling whilst the 1070 is just in the optimum speed.

meaning : the 980ti is already in it's full maturity and being equaled by the 1070 in it's infancy.
