since they're catering to medical providers which
explains their schedule

Been there. Eventually, they are going to add claims LOB to your workload for the same pay. Too tedious & boring.

Executive Boutique Call Center, fixed Saturday and Sunday rest days. Work starts on Monday night and ends on a Saturday morning. So you have Saturday morning until Monday evening to rest.
