Hi guys.. I just want to ask about the 2nd hand motorcycle that I bought.. Temporary pa kasi yung plate No. nya tapos last 2014 na bili.. It was bought in Dipolog and the owner is now here in Cebu. She sold it to me but she said registration was expired. She paid it by cash in Dipolog. Bsta bah may CR yung motor..automatic na ba yang na register sa LTO yung company yung na register..at yung PLATE no.na temporary is puro #s lang nka lagay..walang letter..how is it possible? ma rerenew ba yung registration nya dito sa CEBU? Salamat po..i dont have any knowledge much more about it so please help me.

TS abi nako mao ni imong pasabot sa Motorcycle CR..







Anyway, n go to LTO and ask them ani ang pwede gawin since expired na ang registration. AFAIK, if naka temp plate is in process pa ang registration na motor but good as registered na sya. Check with LTO for update sa papers ng motor.

hahaha..uo nga may CR yung motor..haha..sorry Certificate of Registration. mkaka sagot nmn cguro yung LTO sa Cebu di bah kahit sa Dipolog na registered last time.

yes, only LTO can issue CR. eto yung ngyari sa akin ngayon. i bought a brand new motorcycle last week but it will take LTO 2 months to process the OR/CR.

you need OR/CR to renew sa LTO. pede naman e renew ang unit under whoever's name

ah cge2..salamat. . ..so yung OR at CR lang pala importante..na worried kasi ako baka hindi na ma renew..ang layu pa ng Dipolog..haha.. yung nag benta kasi sakin di na nya na follow up yung plaka nya kasi ang tagal daw..parati daw na uubusan ng plaka ang LTO last 2014..kaya yun temporary plate pa xa but mayron xang authorization to use temp plate but i think di na yun pwede gamitin kasi expired na rin rehistro..

Pwed ko patabang ug renew sa ako motorcycle? expire na siya next month. ako unta e.parenew ug e.pachange na sa new plate karon kay gamit nko old plate paman. Pwede raba na e.dunggan? Thanks
