Problem answered but another problem came. Please help

My problem before was.. We bought 2nd hand motorcycle with temporary plate number. It was registered in Dipolog and the owner is now living here in Cebu. The owner said LTO in their place really takes a long time to give new plate especially 2014. Finally I got contact on the dealer. But another problem was.. I asked the dealer through email about the status of the licensed plate but he replied.
"Regarding your case mam that you claimed your original OR/CR , We were not able to claim your plate number bcoz number 1 requirement in claiming the plate number is the original OR/CR. If you have time mam will you please drop the original OR/CR here at the store for us to reprocess the plate number."

Huhu.. I want to know if there's another way not to go to Dipolog, it's quite too far. Di ba pwedeng mag pa gawa ulit ng plaka dito sa Cebu?sabihin nlng na wala..??or anu kaya??Need your advice

I tried to ask someone and possible mn cguro cya maam ma transfer. Try go to sa LTO and inquire dd2.

lesson ani don't buy motor or car nga layo,,kay ang transfer or plate claim will require you to get documents to the original district office it was registered.

Ani solution ani fi dili gyud ka mo adto ug dipolog manugo kag mo adto mag process kuha sa plate. if wala kay CR mag pa duplicate CR nalang ka ani, Kuti kaayo ng Cr ani basta layo. If mag sugot ang LTO maypa derecho ka process of Transfer of CR.

You must transfer the CR to your own name. You must ask somebody from LTO to process Certificate of Confirmation from LTO Dipolog. I dont know if they can do it now online but the system they have are suppose to be able to process ani na transaction, if not naa gyud somebody need mo adto ug dipolog. this is only one of the requirement in Transfer of CR. If naa nani ang confirmation pwede kana pa process Transfer of CR to any district office in cebu unless naay memo nag prohibit ani.

Yes..that's the problem jud of buying..late na namu nahibaw-an nga nka temporary pa..wala na bantaye dayun. I already asked the dealer about this,, ni help mn sd sila kay Cash sd bya ni pag palit sa tag-iya.. they try to coordinate with LTO nga scan copy lang ang gamiton ig claim..they will send the plate to mandaue branch if ma released na.. I will just shoulder the expenses.. I hope it mu sugot ang LTO.
