I have a friend, 1 year experience then transferred to SM as Engineering Manager. Lipay kaayo siya kay 16k iyang sweldo kay dako kuno kaayo... fixed rate na walay overtime.

Karon, 5am-11pm iyang duty... usahay moabot pa ug 12midnight... Duha ra ka semana wala na nibalik sa SM.

Kun mao man gani na lupig pay gilugos siya didto. Experience jud importante kay it will add your knowledge and confidence in your next choices of endevour. Ayaw lang gyud pagbilin ug bad record sa imong previous employer. Marukoy kaayo ning mga HR kay maski wala nimo gibutang CV kay mahibaw an nila previous employer nimo through sss records.

Makatintal pud biya ang sweldo kung mag barko... basin lang na dili ko maka concentrate ug study para review... sa ako work man gud karon kai taas2x kog time maka review...

Bisan dili magamit imong skills dinha, at least paniid unsa ang diskarte sa panrabaho... sort of emotional and psychological training.

mao man sad naa sa ako mind... maski katong ga review pako paranoid na kaayo ko nangita kwarta kai timing ning retire akong papa sa iyang trabaho... gamay rapud siyag nadawat mao samtang ga review ga apply2x. hehe dili sad ni basta2x akong pagka sulod dinhe kai kaduha mi ga exam... matira matibay. hehe maygani pasar interview ug sa duha ka exams.

yup akong advice niya, 3-5yrs lang diha,, nya gawas manager bitaw imong resume dali rana.

unsa diay trabaho sa production operator dinha inyo company TS?

operate mi ug Food Packaging Machine(s) and Blender(s) (Double Cone). Isa ka tao around 5-7 machines among e operate. pero usahai kung daghan absent mga 10-12. okay rapud biya. hehe

Suggestion lang TS... if madawat gani ka... Even if production operator raka, try to acquire the operation and maintenance manuals sa mga makina... Imo rana magamit pohon ig next job.

Basta sa makaya nimo ug kopya nga engineering manuals, especially electrical kopyaa jud.

after my graduation 6 months ko na-tambay / jobhunting. grabe ang competition.
plus, i have no mobile or telephone number, nakisuyo ra ko sa ako ka-boardmate.

i sent cv on anything that requires engineering graduate with/without exp.

naka tsamba lang ko kay ang plant manager nag interview, we came from the same school.
and i was then hired in a supervisory position. i had 2 years on my first employer.

As time change so is the management, nag ka diin diin sab ko ug pang-apply. Walay bakir-bakir.
Walang utang na loob na tatanawin.

In my 9 years of working locally, i had a total of 4 employers.

I believe you have fruitful years to come, as you have some sense of responsibility.
Kanang mo ingon ka nga guilty kun mag tambay lang, thats a sign of maturity. Good Luck.
