    Default Noob question for BPO

    Scenario:

    Gi train nako ni Company A(Voice) and its on our 3rd week already,what if mahagbong ko or dli ko pde ibutang sa nesting,or terminate jud ko kay lagi hagbong sa training,is it possible to apply on Company B(Non Voice or Chat)? and what will be the possiblities? like naa ba ko record sa Company B nga kani siya hagbong sa training sa company A? please help,thanks.

    Correct me if im wrong, nobody fails in a company facilitated training. Because if the trainee fails, it is also a failure of the trainor. Mao nga from selection for trainees pa lang, good as go na ang nakalusot. Murag bugas nga gibasa na sa tubig, obligadong lutoon

    True.
    Once you're in the training phase, most trainors pass almost everyone coz it's their credibility to train is on the line.
    But if you would encounter a trainor who really has the passion to train, who sees that you have no potential, and let's you go?
    Then by all means, apply to the next one, regadless if it's voice or non-voice.
    Coz "technically" you were not an employee there so you can choose not to disclose that experience.
    Or if you disclose it, a company can confirm that you were a trainee but i think they can't say you did not pass their training.
    I think it's unethical to say otherwise..
    Wla na gali nila gidawat ang tao, bad-shottun pa jd nila? Hahahaha..

    naa mahagbong boss bisan sa training pa lang. naa ko ka wave mates, 3 kabook wala kalusot. (cvg ko nag work). depende ra na sa company tingae.

    Been with this feeling sad saona pag newbie hahaha.
    Attendance ray sekreto diha... behave lang gyud pirmi.
    Mao nay gi ingon nga kung di gani ma dala, atleast attitude ug attendance lang pasara.

    Regarding sa pag apply sa company B, ayaw lang pud ug declare nga gikan ka sa company A unya hagbong ka ngadto.
    Ok rana. Dili mana siya ma background check kay under training paman ka ngadto sa company A.
    Not unless nag sugod naka sa production ngadto and naa nakay mga contributions, kay ma trace gyud.

    you can disclose failing the training phase and bank on the emo. ako miga, hagbong teletech sauna failed phone exam 3 times kay kulbaan, applied the next week sa sykes, dawat same account kay naa na cya background sa training ug emo.

    Makaingon ko nga tinuod ni. Kapila na ni mahitabo sa previous campaigns namo nga tungod lng kay makitaan nga trainable and available ang taw mas e prefer sa kadtong medyo anad2x nas pamaagi sa callcenter nya pabadlong. Pero mas maayo kaskas gyud pd ka sa taman during training.

    just apply. trainee pa man gani ka. naa gani uban nag.nesting na pero apply gihapon sa lain. just do not state na hagbong ka sa training or do not ever discuss that company A. kay if dili ka good talker, you may end up opening a can of worms.

    Nothing is sure jud sa BPO. Dili ka angay ma hadlok nga mahagbong sa training phase, ari ka angay panington ug bugnaw sa floor, live operation na kay naa diha ang metrics. Anha na daugon sa floor. I've seen people who passed the trainee phase and disappeared couple of weeks after operations phase. I've handled newbies before and it's not all about passing the training phase kay ang importante ra man diha sa training phase is naa ba kay potential ug naningkamot ba ka nga makat-on, if naa then pasar ka, if wala, aw, babush.
