it doesn't necessarily mean you won't stop excercising if you take the pills you know. Most doctors will urge you to add 30 minutes of cardio and light weight training together with the pills. The trouble with pills are most of them lessen appetite or make you feel fuller faster. its comparable to cutting down the calories and not exercising... you will lose fat, muscle density and water. they're not for everyone as some of them have some nasty side effects.
pero a word of warning... Phentermine or Fen-phen is proven to cause heart and heart valve problems.
maypa mag exercise nlng....bsan kapoie mao rajud na ang pinaka effective.nya healthy pa ba. no side effects!
bitaw exercise is always better.. dagan na lang ug 1.5 miles kada buntag.. then 2 miles after 2 weeks.. then 3 miles after a month.. ive lost nearly 30 lbs in 4 months doing this.. then ni uli kog cebu, habhab dayun ug lechon, aw, gained half of it back lolz..
