@killuarey, this is just a rough cost estimate, let assume that you are going to select Class C with the rate of 10k/square meters.

Lot Area = 50 square meters.
Floor Area = 80 square meters ( 40 square meters ground + 40 2nd floor).
Cost estimate :
80 * 10,000 = 800,000 Pesos - I think sa current cost sa mga materials karon basin mas taas pa, rough finished pani siya.

2 CR/Bathroom = ground & 2nd floor
2 to 3 Bedrooms = 2nd floor
