Try paleo diet lose ko ug 10 kgs in 2months 1st week ray lisud

Get into sports...That's it.
this is just mine's, and i know not everyone will dig it =) :
run and watch every processed food i eat , when there is any form of sugar in the ingredients, do away with it.
heres mine..
1.) when I eat , I eat enough to satisfy hunger, and not to satisfy my stomach.. when you feel your full, you have overeat already.
2.) i avoid softdrinks and power drinks, it gives me hunger at the non-eating hours, and disrupts my eating routine.
3.) im worried when i had not felt real hungry in 1-2 weeks, i purposely skip meals to let the hunger visit me.
4.) On weekdays, i ate anything, but on weekends, i had cleansing by eating only fruits and avoiding regular foods/meals (as much as i could hehehe).
5.) i had centrum but not that religious in taking it...like my 1-month bottle will reach up to 6 months ..haha...
6.) im not an exercise fanatic, just a 2-minute jog/jabs/and jumps in the morning perhaps 3-4 times a week.
7.) thanks God, im still as lean as my college days

be mindful of what you put inside your mouth. ako sa una kay nanambok man ko kay nabuntis nya nag no rice ko, less carbs, nya high protein and veggies. nikuyos man bhlag wai exercise. hahaha pero better gyud naay exercise dli para muniwang pero to get yourself to a healthier place![]()
disiplina. exercise. proper diet. og drink lot of water. mao ni ang pinaka effective sa tanan.. bisan pa og way supplemnts.. natural lng ang tanan.. hinay pero nindot kaau og results.. way side effect..
