there was recall for inventory order, there was a warning and a deadline... city hall is the owner of the vehicle not the brgy or its official, ... if the owner request the vehicle to return anyone who has it must return... the refusal to return is liable for carnapping... this vehicle are City-issued meaning its not theirs it is just issued to them... there is difference, sa balaod given and issued are different

it doesn't matter if it came from a current or acting, acting mayor has the same authority as the duly elected executive, since it is mandated on our LGU Code... the purpose of putting a acting mayor is not to impeded all operation sa govt... just because she is acting dili nalang respetohon ang decision? to me... that is insubordination and may result in administrative case... acting or not she is the mayor of the city... weither you like it or not... mao na naa sa Local govt code...

if anyone has a problem with that... they can file a petition to amend the R.A. 7160
