Brown Rice is healthier. Pero ari lang ko sa Mais kay barato man.

Lami ang brown rice and humot pro pricey sad whereas ang mais barato and very light. sakto para sa mga ng diet

mo prefer ko sa maize kay gawas nga barato mas dili pud kuti ang pag uma sa maize vs brown rice, pero mas ganahan ko katong maize nga kan-on katong yellow jud ang color mao toy lami kay mao na akong gina pangita kung mamakasyon mi sa bukid. wala puy comercial available ani kay nihit ni siya nga maize.
