Default Question: Toyota Vios 1.3J MT for assume or for sale? And how much?

    Hi Istoryans,

I have a question. I have a 2 year old Vios 1.3J MT with a 5 year amortization. I don't get to use it that much and I'm thinking of changing it to the new Nissan Almera. I have a few questions to car geeks here kay I'm clueless as to how I can have the car for sale or for assume. Here are the details:

    Total Amount Paid: 485,110
    Mileage: 15k
    Year Model: 2014
    Remaining months to pay: 33
    Monthly amortization: 12,411
Newly renewed insurance for 2016 (1 month old insurance pa)
LTO Registration: For renewal April 2017
    Female Driven
    Maintenance under Toyota

    1. How much is the fair amount I can demand para ma assume?
    2. Is there an option for me to sell the car bisag under amortization?
    3. Worth it ba to replace it with the Nissan Almera?
    4. Or am I wasting my money here?

Salamat ahead istoryans for answering my questions.

You can't sell the car that you don't own 100% yet. The BANK IS THE REAL OWNER of that car pa.

Kuti ang pag transfer of deeds of sale ana kay ang tanan pertinent papers kay ang banko pa ang nakatag-iya. You have an option nga magpabuhat ka ug Special power of Attorney to transfer your rights to the would be buyer, but you have to rely on the bank lang ghapon.

IF D makatiwas ug d makabayad ang buyer ana sa monthly amortization, then IKAW GHAPON ang gukdon sa banko kay sa ilang records.. imong name ang nakatatak ddto... DILI ANG would be buyer.

But if there's a will there's a way man lang ghapon hinoon... Try to approach and speak to your TOYOTA DEALER/AGENT. Ask if pwde ba ipa assume lang nimo, I think they can do something if you sincerely ask for there advice/help.

The Almera is just new to the car world, I bet most car owners and enthusiasts here can't give you a 100% review of it as it would entail at least 2 years of driving experience with this car before an honest to goodness review and suggestion can be made... plus subjective pa sad ang review.. depends on the driver /owner as well.[/QUOTE]

Not quite but, before you jump to the big blue sea... word of advice... make sure you really know how to float and swim after.
